When you are ready to apply for our construction mortgage loan, please provide us with the following items:1. A completed Residential Loan Application Form. 2. A copy of your latest two years income tax results. 3. The 3 latest computer generated pay slips with year to date earnings. 4. A complete Home Building System Purchase Order Summary. 5. One set of council approved plans and specifications. 6. A copy kit home agreement (if applicable). 7. A copy of the title to the land and copy of the contract to purchase land if applicable. 8. A copy of the contractor insurance policy to your contstruction site. Please feel free to call us and we'll be happy to answer all of your questions.
